The Source is proud to introduce our LATEST AWARD COMPONENTS CATALOG.

In our continuing effort to be your one stop SOURCE for all your award needs, we stock over 10,000 items in two ware-house locations. In addition, we are authorized distributors of G5, Victory, and IPI Plastics!

As always, customer satisfaction and commitment to quality are our number one concerns. And with our warehouses in Alabama and Kansas, we offer 1 and 2 day ground shipments to 32 states. Let us prove how our service, quality, inventory and ship times can benefit your business.

• Minimum Order: $10.00 - Invoice totals less than ten dollars will be billed according to minimum. The Source's minimum UPS COD charge is $10.50. At The Source, we take pride in our low claim ratio with UPS.

• Shipping: All orders received by 2:30 PM Central Time will be shipped same day - best way - closest available warehouse. All UPS, Bus and Post Office shipments will have a handling charge of $1.75 per box added. Bus and Post Office shipments will have a $15.00 extra charge for delivery to the bus station and post office. UPS overnight services are also available (current rates apply).

• Add-Ons: Once received, your order is immediately sent to the shipping department. Therefore, add-on items will always require placing a separate order.

• Backorders: If placing an order for full case quantity and a full case is not available, you have the following options:
1) Take what we have and receive that quantity at case price, or 2) If a full case is
needed, we will put the item on backorder. When the backorder comes in, it will automatically be shipped to you. You will be responsible for the shipping cost when the item comes in and is shipped. Backorder items will not be billed to you until they are shipped. We will no longer call customers when backorders are ready to ship - items will automatically ship and be billed.

• Claims: All claims for damage should be made to the carrier immediately. We are not responsible for damage or loss suffered during transit. We will assist in any way possible in making your claim. Any claim for shortage or damage must be made within five (5) days after receipt of shipment.

• Returns: No merchandise will be accepted for return credit without prior authorization from The Source. Returns are subject to a 25% restocking charge. We can make no exceptions.
